{"id":36,"date":"2021-01-21T14:27:48","date_gmt":"2021-01-21T14:27:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agapechristianschool.co.za\/?page_id=36"},"modified":"2026-03-12T06:56:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T06:56:49","slug":"enrolment","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.agapechristianschool.co.za\/?page_id=36","title":{"rendered":"HOW TO ENROLL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-2052113167\">\n\n<div class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  ><div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-101081367\">\n\n<div class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  ><div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\n<h1><strong>Enrolment<\/strong><\/h1>\n<h3><strong>Steps to follow for enrolment:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Complete the application form below and email it back to us.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Once we receive the application form, we will contact you to schedule an appointment with the principal and give you a tour of the school.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Following your visit with the principal, you will be given a financial clearance form, which you must send to your child&#8217;s present school to complete.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Upon receipt of the financial clearance form, we will contact you to select a suitable date on which your child will need to complete an academic assessment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A fee of R500 will be charged for the administration of the assessment. This fee forms part of the enrolment fee.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Should the assessment be successful, you will then be issued with a full enrolment pack to complete.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The rest of the enrolment fee will be due to secure the space for your child. Please note that the enrolment fee is a once-off payment and is non-refundable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The enrolment fee does not form part of the school fees.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Learners will only be accepted once we have the correct documentation and the following procedures have been completed:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>We have received the financial clearance from the previous school<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The learner has completed the academic assessment<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The enrolment fee has been settled in full<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The enrolment forms have been completed and returned with the following documents attached;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A copy of the learner&#8217;s latest report from the previous school<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A certified copy of the learner\u2019s birth certificate or ID document<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A transfer card &#8211;
